   • Available certificates: FSC/PEFC/SBP/ENplus
   • Transport/packaging scheme
2. Introductory negotiations via phone/email
3. Samples (5 – 10 kg for testing/demonstration to clients)
4. Commercial and finansial conditions
5. Stipulation of contract (contract proforma can be supplied on request)
6. Plant inspection by Timbergate Oy
7. Start of supply
